Thanks so much for the help in the sale of our house. I would
highly recommend using your company to sell a home. It was so easy having
people call you, and then to have them “view” our house first on the website.
By the time they called us we knew they were interested and we
could then ask them the question “do you have a house to sell first”? If
the answer was “no” we arranged a time convenient to our lifestyle to have
them come in and see our home. It also made it a lot easier being able to
talk directly to the person who bought our home, as we quickly were able to

Just a quick note to tell you that we sold our house almost one month to the
day from the time we listed on FSBONB. We used the service as follows:
Made sure we had lots of pictures and a great text with useful
information to put online-FSBONB gave us both.

Advertised as follows to create an inexpensive ad: “Fairville (West),
1-1/2 story Bung, 4 BR, Excl. Cond., view at www.forsalebyownernb.com,
$105K, call 639-5852 “.

Advertised in T-J and Buyers Flyer.
Made sure all callers had visited web site first, then told them to drive
by property, and if still interested, call back.

Ensured that the buyer could buy right away-not pending another sale.
This was done to eliminate “tire-kickers”.We feel that FSBONB was the most critical marketing tool we had, and was
very cost effective. It is the only way that we could have used the internet as
we wished and drove so much traffic to our property for the money we spent-in fact,
we couldn’t have driven more traffic using any other internet site. Thanks Shawn for

The closing date for the house has been moved UP to June 2, so
barring any unforeseen circumstances, it should be OK to put the SOLD sign
on the house.
Thanks for all your help. You and your co are great. Good little niche you
have there. I got an email from a Real Estate Co. telling me that blaaa
blaaa blaaa, and that they were better, etc etc. I disagree. The Real Estate Co’s
must be/should be worried. This is a small conservative city/province, and
it sounds like you have already gained a lot of loyalty, and that is what is
takes to gain trust, and once you have that, and maintain it, you are home
